Job Details We are looking for some experienced and talented servers to join our team. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY ! Responsibilities:
Take food and drink order from customers accurately and with positive attitude.
Write patrons food order slips, memorize order correctly, repeat orders back and enter
orders correctly through Toast POS.
Engage with customers with friendly manner and build relationship with customers for
long-term.
Be able to make suggestions: regular customer favorites, popular items and chef favorites
vs personal favorites.
Full knowledge on Dhamaka food and beverage, and its background.
Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
Collect payment from tables.
Help rotate tables in timely manner.
Help other team members as needed.
Server Requirements:
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and ability work while unsupervised.
Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
