Job Description
Join our team at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa as a Server in our Route 66 Diner and create memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for assigned stations and shared areas.
- Perform pre-bussing duties during the dining experience.
- Process guest payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Promote a fun, friendly, and safe environment, embodying our "Big Six" values.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of serving experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
