ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended asgeneral illustrations of the work in this job class and are notall-inclusive to this position.) Deal assigned table games accuratelyand in a professional manner according to company policies, proceduresand in compliance with gaming regulations. Maintain control of theassigned table game at all times. Ensure quality customer service and afavorable gaming experience for customers. Adhere to regulatory,departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower andrequire others to do the same. Must be able to work a flexible scheduleas required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, andholidays; shifts may change. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED,required Must have excellent mathematical skills Must be at least 18Years of age. Successfully complete dealer training or have previouscasino dealing experience. Must possess excellent teamwork,interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
