This facility includes 18 Federal Research and Administrationbuildings on an Open Campus against the Flatiron mountains. Employees areexpected to maintain professional working behavior and are responsible for theCustodial services at these facilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Cleaning and stocking of restroomsCleaning and stocking of Breakrooms, sitting areas, conference roomsTrash collection from all waste and recycling receptacles in theaforementioned spacesSweeping, mopping, vacuuming of all floor materialsMachine cleaning of floors up to and including but limited to stripping andwaxing.General custodial maintenance of lobbies and entrywaysCustodial services in stairwells, elevators, and hallways.Detail cleaning such as dusting of horizontal surfacesRoutine checks of stock and accumulated wasteAdhere to facility safety guidelines related to procedure, PPE, and othercompany policies,Adhere to facility rules on both the Tarmac and in the facilities themselvesOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Report safety and maintenance concerns to supervisorAdhere to facility security guidelinesMaintain custodial storage areasCustomer ServiceTeamwork orientatedMust pass two Federal Background checks.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.
