CustodianThe custodian is responsible for performing janitorial duties, minormaintenance and scheduled cleaning projects in order to ensure that campusbuildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary mannerDUTIES:* Perform custodial and related duties for County Buildings as assigned by thesupervisor.* Perform basic repairs and assemblies.* Perform deep cleans assigned by the supervisor.* Coordinate with supervisor by telephone and/or in person to exchangeinformation and receive special work instructions.* Cooperate with supervisor, co-workers and building occupants in aprofessional and courteous manner.* Interact with the public in a cooperative atmosphere showing respect andsupport.* Secure offices and buildings as required.REQUIREMENTS:* At least two (2) years of custodial experience* Current and valid Colorado Driver s License is required* Combination of education and experience could waive specific requirementWAGE: $17.25 to $18.98 depending on qualifications and experienceSHIFT: Full-time - 4o hours per week* Hours are generally from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.JOB SITE: Delta, COBENEFITS: County Paid Benefits (Health/ Disability Insurance,Retirement, Paid time-off, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program)HOW TO APPLY:If you meet the minimum requirements for this position, please click on"How to Apply" to view application information.
