As a Sous Chef at The Farmer's Daughter, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Head Chef and Owner Chandra Gouldrup, who brings her Sicilian heritage to the table with every dish she creates. Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute seasonal menus
• Manage food costs and ensure profitability
• Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and maintain portion control
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee back of house operations and assist with banquet catering

Required Skills:

• Menu planning expertise

• Knowledge of portion control techniques
• Commitment to food quality and safety
