We are seeking a passionate, organized and focused Sous Chef to join our brand new landmark restaurant and live entertainment space, opening in the heart of Harvard Square, in Cambridge. This is a full-time, salaried position. In addition to a proven track record of strong performance, team leadership, and relationship building, candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude in support of this brand-new restaurant opening.
Sous Chef Position Requirements & Preferences:
- 3-5 years high-level kitchen management experience
- Valid Servsafe or ability to achieve quickly
- Preference for candidates who have high volume restaurant experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly learn new systems

You will assist in overseeing all BOH operations and will report directly to the Executive Chef and General Manager.
A passion for amazing food and genuine hospitality are an absolute must. The Sous Chef will be expected to perform operational duties including inventory, scheduling, planning & organizing, development of the BOH team, and ensure excellent food quality.
