Job Description Northwest Center is seeking Grounds Workers! Therefore, a large percentage of the positions must be filled by people with documented disabilities. *Applicants who disclose disability will be given preference * Location : Seattle, WA Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Starting Wage: $23.07 per hour | Full Wage Range : $23.07 - $26.00 Per Hour Additional Compensation: $4.57 Per Hour H&W + $500 Hiring Bonus (Bonus to be paid after 90 days of employment)

• Work experience in landscape maintenance is preferred
• The ability to work independently and self-motivate
• Able to lift & carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Punctual with Good Attendance
• The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Valid Driver License
• Acceptable 5-year driving record
