Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Performs duties to greet and seat guests, takes reservations, and assists guests with special needs.
• Reviews current guest seating assignments and seats new guests according to seating system in each station.
• Anticipates guests coming in and has this information before greeting each guest.
• Greets guests by name whenever possible, makes guest feel welcome, sincerely conveys appreciation for choosing to dine with us, and ushers to the appropriate table.
• Inputs necessary date into seating system and adheres to seating system recommendations.
• Assists staff in duties as requested.
• Assists guest with special requests or needs.
• Monitors restaurant operations, notifying the supervisor of problems, needs, or guest comments.
• Ensures menus are clean and contain appropriate panels and information.
• Ensures light levels, music levels, and temperature levels are perfect and adjusts accordingly.
• Offers a sincere send off to each guest (Good night, thank you for coming in,Good luck) and welcomes them back (Come back soon).
• Other duties as assigned.

• Equivalent to a High School education with knowledge of food service is preferred.
• Must understand and speak the English language fluently.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Abilitiy to work as part of a team.
