Job Details -Strong multitasking skills and being able to work under pressure in a dynamic, passionate, fast-paced environment are required-Must be organized, detail-oriented, structured yet flexible
-Receive and coordinate reservations over the phone, via email, and in person
-Maintain and grow hospitable relationships with our patrons, create memorable moments
-Manage and communicate dietary requests and allergies
-Handle large party bookings, deposits, and event inquiries
-Fulfill reservation requests while maximizing restaurant productivity and ensuring excellent guest experiences
-Be able to improvise with professionalism, as well as identify issues and resolve problems promptly
-Receive feedback from guests and communicate with the team efficiently and effectively
-Solicit feedback from guests, respond to reviews, and relay relevant feedback to upper management for continuous customer satisfaction
-Assist service team on the floor, upholding a fine dining standard while maintaining an unpretentious and warm atmosphere
-Exhibit passion, knowledge, and genuine interest in food, wine, and hospitality
-Wine knowledge is a BIG plus!!!
-Potential points in tip pool available based on experience Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
