Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to
• Set up serving stations according to checklist
• Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions
• Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service
• Assure all tables are clean and properly set
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards
• Uphold alcohol service regulations

• Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged
• Communication skills
• Guest Service skills
