A Snack Bar Attendant must be able toobtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class Olicense. Must be at least 18 years of age. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Providesuperior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests andemployees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in alltypes of business conditions and the ability to work effectively andcourteously with fellow employees. Appropriately use all relatedequipment, including cash registers, Micros, and credit card machines.Ensure all food and beverage products are rotated and served in a quickand neat fashion. Present featured food offerings to patrons and answerquestions about food items, making recommendations upon request. Cleanthe tables, floor, counter, and machines in the snack bar concessionsarea. Keep an accurate count of all money and comps received fromcustomers. Monitor quantities of all supplies and notify the kitchenmanagement when quantities are low. Stock food and beverage items forsnack bar concessions. QUALIFICATIONS Understand and adhere to all cashand comp handling procedures and policies. Perform all duties of CashierAttendant through a support and relief capacity. Keep work area in aclean and orderly manner. Have knowledge of customer alcohol limitationsand company policy and procedure regarding limitations. Have completeknowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist asneeded. Build guest relations throughout every shift by talking withcustomers, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting themback.
