ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Thefollowing statements are intended as general illustrations of the workin this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.) Ensureconsistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.Maintain guest service standards and ensure team members perform thosestandards. Evaluate and rate guests\' play to issue comps. Maintain andmanage a designated block of guests and meet established goals.Implement programs to increase rated play in table games and slots.Communicate verbally and in writing with guests regarding availableservices, promotions, and special events. Maintain strictconfidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems,company policies and procedures, market plans, and team member and guestinformation. Must possess excellent phone etiquette skills and have theability to make over 100+ cold calls per week or predetermined targetedgoal. QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma or GED equivalent isrequired. Bachelor\'s degree in a business-related field, at least twoyears of experience in the sales or marketing field, or the equivalentcombination of education and experience is preferred. Gaming industryexperience is strongly preferred. Must possess excellent guest serviceskills to effectively deal with guests. Must possess excellent teamwork,interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communicationskills. Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain a flexible workschedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able toobtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class Clicense. Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the abilityto interact with guests and team members in the Company.
