We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Pool Bartender to join our team at Sandman Hotel. This role is responsible for crafting and serving beer, wine, and specialty beverages to guests enjoying our pool area, while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, outdoor setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and a variety of specialty drinks in accordance with hotel standards.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive service to all guests at the pool bar.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking and maintaining inventory.
• Verify guests’ identification to ensure minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of drinks offered and current promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with the hotel operations to support guest satisfaction and seamless service.

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or beverage service experience; poolside or resort experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Must have or be able to obtain food handler and alcohol service certifications as required by local law.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak hotel hours.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions.
