Job DetailsRezdora is a NY Times 3-Star and Michelin Star Italian Restaurant dedicated to the food & hospitality of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy. The restaurant was founded by CIA graduate Chef Stefano Secchi alongside entrepreneur David Switzer. Mr. Secchis father is from Italy and he has worked and cooked in the homeland for 3 years including at Osteria Francescana, AllEnoteca and Hosteria Giusti, based in Modena, Emilia Romagna and Canale, Piemonte respectively.
We believe in a 'all hands-on deck' mentality and we expect all departments to support and motivate each other in order to achieve our goal of guest satisfaction with a "guest first," approach. As part of the service team, you will interact with all other departments regularly and should be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with your coworkers & managers. You will also be responsible for executing all duties expected of a service professional.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of New York City serving experience in a fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of food and beverage
- A strong sense of urgency and excellent time management skills
- Weekend availabilty
- Must be able to lift & a carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, bending & standing)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
- Experience with fine dining steps of service with a strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
