Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook, experience working with pizza dough its a plus. Youll be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean station, and consistently delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items, according to recipes and kitchen standards

Work with pizza dough: mixing, portioning, proofing, stretching, and baking

Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) safely and efficiently

Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and tools

Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and labeling

Follow all food safety protocols (HACCP or local health regulations)

Assist in prepping ingredients and supporting other stations as needed

Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a line cook; pizza-making experience highly preferred

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques

Attention to detail and commitment to food quality

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, team-oriented kitchen

Food handler certification (or ability to obtain)

Culinary training is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a hot kitchen and near open flames/ovens

Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
