Job Details Ikigai is a new Japanese fine dining restaurant located in Fort Greene, near Barclays Center and BAM. In a beautiful and large newly constructed space, we will be seating 12 people (and 144 covers per week) our Kaiseki menu with Michelin-level execution. The restaurant is a staff of industry veterans, looking to hire a line cook to join the team. All of the staff, line cooks included, will participate in all aspects of service, including serving customers and running plates.Requirements: Available for full-time work.
