Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced, versatile bartender to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly transition between bartending, table service, and hosting duties as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

Bartending: Craft exceptional cocktails, pour wines and beers, maintain bar cleanliness and organization
Table Service: Provide attentive service to dining room guests when bar volume is low
Hosting: Greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating during peak times
Maintain knowledge of our seasonal menu, wine list, and signature cocktails
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Uphold food safety and alcohol service regulations

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of bartending experience in upscale or full-service restaurants
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and beer styles
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Must be comfortable and experienced serving tables and hosting guests
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Food Handler's and responsible alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
