Craft Bartender

The Beach Shop and Grill, located in Topsail Beach, is now hiring bartenders. We are a casual fine dining restaurant and everything is made from local ingredients and fresh daily. We also have an outdoor bar and dining patio. We have an award-winning wine program and amazing craft cocktails. Pay ranges from$1000-1500 a week based on 35-40 hour work week.

Summary

As a Craft Bartender, you will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails and a deep knowledge of wines. Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will utilize your core skills in bartending, customer service, and food safety to ensure a high-quality beverage service. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, you will contribute significantly to our vibrant bar atmosphere and overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails and wines, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Stay informed about drink trends and continuously enhance cocktail knowledge.
Qualifications

Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation and presentation.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
Familiarity with Toast POS system, for efficient order processing.
Knowledge of food safety and handling practices, along with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
Experience in fine dining is a plus, enhancing overall service quality.
