Part Time Restaurant Server

DoubleTree by the Galleria is looking for someone with restaurant serving experience that is outgoing, high energy and willing to float between different positions in the outlets. If you have previous restaurant serving experience and interested in supporting the outlets in multiple positions, submit your resume to apply!

Abilities:

-At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience required

-Bartending experience highly preferred

-Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-Current TABC and Food Handlers certification

-Ability to stand on feet for at least 8 hours

-Able to carry at least 15-20 pounds

-Flexible availability, able to work holidays and weekends

Job Description:

-Welcome guests in a friendly and hospitable manner.

-Quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner and replenish beverages.

-Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the beer garden.

-Maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and beer garden and perform required opening and closing side work duties.

-Barback, run food and provide support to lobby bartender.

-Engage with guests and resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage/dining experience.
