Full Time Custodian

Ruthven/Ayrshire CSD is seeking a reliable and dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and students.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Assist with setting up or moving furniture, equipment, or other materials as needed.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.
• Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, floor waxing, and window washing.
