Advisory Concierge Specialist

We are currently seeking to add an Advisory Concierge Specialist to our growing team.

This person will work hybrid/remote based out of one of our offices below:

• San Diego, CA
• St. Cloud, MN
• Des Moines, IA
• Dallas, TX

What you will do:

• Support Financial Advisor through in-call education, issue troubleshooting and providing guidance to financial advisor and members of regional growth teams
• Responsible for receiving inbound advisory specific inquiries from internal and external sources
• Identify sales opportunities and referral hand offs to advisory consultant and regional growth teams through discovery and case triage management
• Create proposals for presentation to advisors and proposed transition plan for adoption of advisory business practices
• Provide hands on support to advisors to overcome challenges
• Manage operations tasks form preparations through completion on behalf of financial advisors and their clients

What you need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 3+ years in Operational or Sales support
• FINRA Series 7
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 66 within 90 days of start in the role

Compensation:

The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
