JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Eau Claire - Eau Claire, WIPosition Type Hourly - Production Description Job Summary: As aCustodian, you are responsible for efficiently keeping offices,breakrooms, restrooms, buildings and plant facilities clean and orderly.Essential Functions: Sweep all floors throughout facilities. Mop, waxand polish floors. Remove trash. Pick up litter. Clean tables. Maintainjanitorial supplies. Work with supervisor and Purchasing Department toget janitorial supplies ordered. Dust. Vacuum floors and rugs. Washwindows. Clean and disinfect all restrooms, including sinks, toilets,mirrors, floors, supply replenishment. Clean kitchen and break areas, toinclude microwaves, refrigerators, tables and chairs. Clean doors,baseboards and walls. Disinfect drinking fountains and sinks throughoutthe facility. Assisting with general grounds upkeep and clearing snowfrom walkways. The above description covers the most significant keyresult areas, but does not exclude the assignment of other occasionalresponsibilities and accountabilities. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to remain organized and self-directed. Ability to work withlimited direction and supervision, while demonstrating good judgment andstrict confidence. Ability to read, interpret and follow verbal andwritten instructions, work procedures and other related materials.Working Conditions/Physical Demands: The employee must regularly liftand /or move up to 40 pounds. Required to sit, stand or walk forprolonged periods of time. Use hands and fingers to handle or feelobjects or use controls, tools or equipment. May require the ability touse a keyboard and other office equipment. May require specific visionabilities that include close vision. May be required to perform dutiesbeyond standard business hours.
