About the Role: This hybrid position supports both our coffee and beverage programs. Youll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and non-alcoholic beverages while also supporting our bar team with prep, cleanliness, and product integrity. Attention to detail, a guest-first mindset, and a love of beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality coffee, tea, and soft beverages

• Support the service bar and main bar with prep, restocking, and cleanliness

• Follow all recipes and company presentation standards

• Maintain knowledge of current offerings and confidently communicate product details

• Assist in setup, side work, polishing glassware, and cleaning bar areas

• Engage guests warmly and professionally during interactions

• Maintain cleanliness and order in beverage storage areas and back bar

• Attend pre-shift meetings and tastings; participate in ongoing training

• Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth, timely service

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of experience in a cafe, bar, or restaurant (required)

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of coffee and a genuine interest in beverage craft

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs

• Food Handler Certificate and required state certifications
