Responsibilities
The Sommelier occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant where you are expected to provide exceptional service to our guests. You will be responsible for following the proper steps of service and adhering to all company guidelines. We are looking for someone who is incredibly passionate about wine and has basic know-how of beverage operations. The role is focused on generating sales and elevating service on the floor. The role will also involve collaborating with our wine director on curating a program which caters to our clientele. This role will also involve partaking in inventory management. Staff education, and a collaborative attitude will also be expected.

- Have 1-2 years of Sommelier experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $40.00) plus tips
