OverviewWe are currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team and have a positive, service-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to the team. Supporting servers in satisfying guest needs by taking direction and helping to serve all items.
Responsibilities/ Scope of this position: Maintain a constant knowledge of menu items
Verify food matches the orders on tickets
Listen to, and promptly act to resolve guest issues and requests
Hold effective communication with management and peers
Support all food & beverage outlets when needed/asked
Ensure uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards meet the requirements set forth within the associate handbook
Ability to deliver exceptional guest service experience
Must be knowledgeable about local area
Communicating within F&B and with other departments regularly and effectively
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, Overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)

Compensation: Hourly ($12.58) plus tips
