Were currently seeking experienced, personable Servers to join our hospitality team and provide exceptional service to our members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service in all dining and lounge areas

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods

• Coordinate seamlessly with bar and kitchen staff to ensure timely service

• Anticipate member needs and provide personalized attention

• Maintain a clean and organized service area at all times

• Support setup, breakdown, and resetting of tables and service stations

• Uphold Maxwell Socials service standards and club atmosphere

• Take on additional responsibilities in the kitchen as neededwe value team players who can wear multiple hats

Qualifications:

• 12 years of previous serving experience in upscale dining, cocktail bar, or hospitality environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and highly professional under pressure

• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Familiarity with POS systems and standard service etiquette

Compensation: Salary ($35.00)
