The Paris Cafe is returning to the Seaport. First opened in 1873, this historic New York landmark is being brought back to life with exceptional food, a focused beverage program, and a beautifully restored dining room.
Were building a front-of-house team thats fast, sharp, and grounded in real hospitality. If you take pride in your pacing, presentation, and ability to create a memorable experience, wed love to meet you.
Requirements: 2+ years of service experience in NYC or European restaurants Ability to manage full sections during high-volume shifts Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails Familiarity with Toast POS system Professional demeanor, clear communication, and a team-first mindset Dinner availability
Preferred Experience: Brunch service and large-party coordination Ingredient-driven or seasonal menus Comfort working in a design-forward or high-profile environment
