This is an incredible opportunity to work at a top, modern, fine dinning restaurant, with a very talented chef team.The position itself will focus mostly on platted desserts, but can be tailored depending on experience some to include production, special occasion cakes, bread making and the ability to create specials and to collaborate on menu items. The pastry team produces desserts for both of our restaurants, Sweet Basil and Mountain Standard. So, there is a wide range of styles and seasonal flavors we can tap into. This position is an integral part of our pastry team and is critical to our success. The ideal candidate will be focused, driven and passionate. We seek to hire professionals who wish to improve their skills and work in a creative and challenging environment.
