Maintenance Engineer

Seeking a Maintenance Engineer with expertise in electrical/mechanical systems and project management to support tractor assembly production. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of engineering experience

Experience with electrical/mechanical and plumbing systems

Proficiency in SAP or CMMS

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Machine design and troubleshooting experience

Experience in businesses similar to John Deere

Responsibilities: Develop Preventative Maintenance Plans for production equipment

Design infrastructure for facilities, grounds, and production equipment

Manage complex projects involving multiple engineering disciplines

Troubleshoot facility infrastructure and respond to production downtime situations

Maintain project budget cost control through the project cost control system
