Cook 3 oversees kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and standards are met, while providing leadership and training to other cooks. Cook 3 will work under Chefs and oversee the chain of work done by line cooks.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
  • Inform Food and Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
  • Monitor food quality, quantity, and portions served.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
  • Follow company and safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions.

  • Requires good communication skills.

  • 3 years of previous line experience preferred.

  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.

  • Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.

  • Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.

  • Requires moderate supervision and training.

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
