Cook 3 oversees kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and standards are met, while providing leadership and training to other cooks. Cook 3 will work under Chefs and oversee the chain of work done by line cooks.
What You'll Do:
- Perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
- Inform Food and Beverage service staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
- Monitor food quality, quantity, and portions served.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
- Follow company and safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions.

3 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Requires moderate supervision and training.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
