Location: Urban Grill and Wine Bar Foothill Ranch, CA
Pay: $17/hour

Job Description:
Were looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dishwasher & Busser. This dual-role position is key to maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen and a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools by hand or using a dishwasher
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station and back-of-house area
- Take out trash and recycling; assist with daily cleaning and closing tasks
- Support front-of-house team by bussing tables, refilling water, and resetting for new guests
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the Restaurant industry
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team player
- Able to multitask and stay focused during busy shifts
- Willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid Food Handlers Certificate is a plus
- Must be available for key shifts: Monday evening, Tuesday evenings, Thursday evenings, Friday mornings, some Saturday evenings, and Sunday mornings
