This is not an hourly clock-in job. This is for high-performing, self-motivated professionals who take pride in delivering 5-star quality cleanings efficiently, reliably, and without cutting corners. What You'll Do: Clean and reset Airbnb units between guests - unit turnover time: 1-2 hours max Complete 3 cleanings in 5 hours, or up to 4 cleanings/day Strip used linens and towels, bag for laundry pickup (no on-site laundry required) Make beds, stage units to guest-ready standards Ensure the property is photo-perfect: shine, sparkle, spotless Follow checklists and know when a space needs extra attention Clean with care, speed, and precision What You Need: Experience cleaning Airbnb or vacation rentals required A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Own mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies (supplies are delivered, but be prepared in case they are missing) Smartphone for schedule, checklists, and communication Must be able to travel across the island (Waikiki, Kailua, Hawaii Kai, Kahala, North Shore) Ability to work under pressure and keep tight schedules Must show up on time and ready to work no excuses Must be able to work independently and without supervision This Job is Not For You If: You're unreliable, late, or unprepared You try to milk the clock this is not hourly pay You can't handle pressure, tight windows, or fast turnarounds You don't understand the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean You show up to work under the influence zero tolerance This Job Is For You If: You take pride in being the best at what you do You're reliable, quick, and quality-driven You want consistent work and the chance to grow with a company You're professional, trustworthy, and want to be part of a top-tier team You're willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative Waikiki Housekeeping is a women-owned, expanding luxury cleaning company built on integrity, eco-conscious values, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
