Established and well-reviewed restaurant on Marylands Eastern Shore seeks a well-rounded Front of House Manager with strong leadership, service, and marketing skills. This hands-on position is best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in guest satisfaction, team building, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead FOH operations during service, including floor management and bartending as needed
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure smooth service across all shifts
Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff with a focus on hospitality and professionalism
Manage and grow the restaurants presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Assist with in-house marketing, email newsletters, local event tie-ins, and promotions
Collaborate with ownership and kitchen leadership to maintain consistent brand identity and service standards
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and occasional conflict resolution with tact and care

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or bar management
Strong bartending skills and knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling apps, and basic inventory management
Experience creating content and managing social media platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example
Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
