About the Role
As our Front of the House Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring staff, executing private events and delivering exceptional guest service that aligns with our high standards and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and quality standards
Collaborate with the bar team to develop new seasonal cocktails
Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor control
Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and cost control
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
Assist with catering and private events
Analyze financials and help drive sales and profitability
Communicate effectively with owners
What We're Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Strong background in craft cocktails and bar management
Confident, positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
Excellent multitasking, delegation, and communication skills
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost management
Proficient with computers and the ability to communicate professionally via email
Values teamwork, integrity and fosters a positive respect-driven environment
Salary commensurate with experience.
Restaurant Operating Hours: Sunday - Thursday 4pm-9pm, Friday & Saturday 4pm-11pm
