Laundry Attendant

Maya Angelou's famous statement serves as a rallying cry throughout Columbia Hospitality and fuels our collective drive - and success.What you'll do:The Brass Tacks:Launders, alters and repairs linens, towels and other items in accordance with established standardsMaintains linen and towel par levels for all hotel operationsRemoves damaged and stained linen from circulation. Makes repairs when possible. Reports items with damage beyond repairSorts and prepares soiled hotel linen, and other laundry for pickup by contracted laundry service(s). Receives and processes laundry service deliveriesKeeps accurate and complete records of laundry servicesFollows all safety procedures. Reports all unsafe conditions immediately. Uses equipment and chemicals only as intendedKeeps work area and inventory clean and organizedAssists fellow housekeeping team members when possible and appropriateThe Nitty Gritty :Hotel housekeeping/laundry experience or related experience preferredKnowledge of cleaning/laundry techniques/chemical applications a plusDesire to work in a fast-paced roleHourly Pay Range: $15.00/DOEGet Paid Daily (Make any day payday)Don't meet every single requirement?
