We are opening our 4th store and hiring pizza-loving, enthusiastic customer service-oriented team members, including shift leaders, at our new store in Rancho Santa Margarita! Our team has fun and works collaboratively with all members providing the best customer experience in town. Our team members are hands-on and participate in taking in-person & phone orders, running food, bussing tables, and keeping our restaurant clean. The primary role is to support customers with the ordering and check-out process. Main duties include: greeting customers, taking in-person and phone orders, ringing up sales, responsible beverage service including checking IDs, honoring discounts/coupons, collecting payment and giving appropriate change. Cashiers are also responsible for keeping the restaurant clean, checking supplies and restocking items when stock is low. Works under immediate supervision of a store supervisor or shift leader and must rely on instructions. Abides by pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. The successful candidate will play a significant role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities: Genuinely greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction Complete opening, mid day, and closing checklist duties Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas, front counter, and display cases Ring up orders, ensure pricing is correct, and collect payments Make recommendations, up-sell products, and introduce new items Handle cash, credit, apple/google pay transactions with customers Issue change, receipts, refunds. Redeem Coupons Listen to customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information to the supervisor or shift leader Answer customers' questions and get a Shift Lead/Supervisor if your answer doesn't solve the issue Our team members have a positive attitude, a love for their community, enjoy working in an awesome team environment, and continually challenge themselves to learn and grow as we do.
