KO555 - Full-Time Housekeeper/Back-Up Nanny - Upper East Side

A private and busy family on the Upper East Side are seeking a full-time live-out housekeeper. The role also includes helping the full-time nanny with the 3-year-old and 5-year-old. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am - 5pm. The family does travel and it would be a major plus if you can accompany them.

• All general housekeeping
• Organizing and tidying of all areas
• Managing clothing and laundry including ironing
• Helping the nanny ex: when she takes the older one to school you will have the 3 year old for 30 minutes.
• Meal preparation for the children
• Stocking the kitchen

• Great Laundress
• Works well on a team
• Knowledgeable and can be a guide to the parents while respecting their preferences when it comes to raising their child
• Gentle
• Organized
• Ability to stay over or travel would be a huge plus

• Posses a calming presence.
• Understand boundaries between principal and employee
• Occasional flexibility to stay later or travel over the weekend
• An up-to-date COVID vaccine
• Legal to work in the US

• Pay starts at $40 per hour and includes 10 hours of OT
