Were looking for a reliable, hardworking Barback / Cashier to join our team in the heart of Glassell Park. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the industry. Were committed to promoting from within, and this role is the first step toward becoming a bartender on our team.

What You'll Do:

Support bartenders and maintain a clean, organized bar environment

Restock supplies (liquor, garnishes, glassware, ice, etc.)

Clean and polish glassware using commercial dishwashers

Change kegs and ensure proper rotation

Make pre-batched cocktails and assist in prep

Handle cashier duties efficiently and accurately

Take part in bar improvement projects and setups

Help ensure each guest has a great experience

What Were Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Willingness to learn and grow in the bar industry

Able to lift and move heavy items (tables, cases, etc.)

Weekend availability is required

Comfortable working under pressure and maintaining a clean workspace
