General Maintenance Technician III

As a General Maintenance Technician 3, you'll be integral to maintaining the operational efficiency of PLU's campus facilities. Collaborating with building engineers and HVAC technicians, you'll operate and maintain all campus boilers and heating systems. Your responsibilities will extend to assisting with preventative maintenance for a wide range of critical systems, such as air intake and exhaust, emergency lighting, fire alarms and response equipment, air compressors, and air conditioning. You'll also be a first responder for urgent repair needs. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
