Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a Part Time Host/Hostess to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team in Zeta! This oneofakind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality/restaurant experience, has a strong customer service background with excellent multitasking skills. Experience within a fastpaced environment is highly preferred. We are looking for someone with a great personality who is ready to assist our guests with anything that may arise.

Shift Pattern: 24 shifts/week, starting as early as 4:30PM and ending as late as 1010.30PM. Flexibility over weekends and holidays is required.

Pay Rate: $16.64 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you would be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats for dining in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs

Seat guests and manage the seating chart

Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow

Perform opening and closing duties, as needed

Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

Ensure knowledge of menu

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
