Part-Time Server, Guest Focused Environment

Nebbiolo Restaurant in Oregon City is looking for experienced seasonal servers to join the team for the summer months This is primarily a weekend serving position, for those with the right experience and interest. Ideal candidates are team oriented, have strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and bring a genuine passion for hospitality. High volume experience and a flexible schedule are essential.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, attentive experience

Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently

Prepare cocktails and beverages (for those working bartending shifts) with consistency and creativity

Maintain a clean,anized work area and ensure stock levels are met

Accurately handle payments and transactions

Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and boost sales

Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible service

Know the menu in depth, including ingredients, pairings, and flavor profiles

Communicate effectively with the kitchen for smooth service

Ad to all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Address guest concerns with professionalism
