Private Country Club looking for reliable experienced Line Cook both part time and full time

Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Cleaning and preparing food

Maintaining a sanitized work environment

Plating dishes andpleting basic food prepping tasks for a restaurant

Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked

Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards

Cleaning prep areas and taking care of leftovers

Catering experience is a plus

Must be available weekends and Holidays
