Badass Sandwiches and Natural Wines

We are a small natural wine bar in Edmonds. The concept is casual with a very open approach toanic and biodynamic wines! Sandwiches, salads, and over the top charcuterie boards on the menu, with small plates for night service. Full time and part time available, tip , and lots of education. Lots of local wines, world wines, natural wines, obscure varietals, and some high end options as well. We will be constantly learning and growing as a team. We rotate our wine list often because doing the same thing every day gets boring.

The team is small, and we run it pretty tight. T are 26 seats plus 8 or so on a patio.

Also, must have a slight distaste for over oaked Chardonnay, LOL
