Responsibilities:

Lead daily bar service and operations

Create and execute a Japanese-inspired cocktail menu

Train and support bar staff in service and technique

Maintain bar inventory, prep, and cleanliness

Ensure warm, elevated hospitality

Requirements:

3+ years bartending experience, with craft cocktail background

Familiarity with Japanese spirits, sake, and seasonal ingredients

Leadership or training experience preferred

Must be 21+ and certified in alcohol service (or willing to obtain)
