We are currently seeking an experienced Server to join our team at our FiDi location (15 Cliff St NYC). Servers at Hole in the Wall are a jack of all trades. They have the ability to greet and seat guests, recommend the perfect drink to pair with a meal, take orders and help keep the restaurant looking tidy throughout their shift. They truly do it all and we are so grateful for them!

Hole in the Wall is currently seeking experienced Servers that possess:
- A sparkling personality and absolute passion for guest service
- A positive attitude and has a natural ability to work as a team
- Service style that is knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful at all times
- Ability to work 6-10 hour shifts including weekends
- Ability to deliver food and drinks to guests quickly and correctly
- Full knowledge of food and beverage menu items including the major components of a dish/drink; this may include ingredients and their source, simple descriptions of unfamiliar ingredients, preparation, and/or execution of correct food and beverage service
- Confident and correct use of POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Understanding of opening and closing procedures
- Ability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities
What you must have:
- Minimum 3 years serving experience in a high volume environment
- Experience in elevated service is preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and a passion for the service industry
- Barista or bartender skills are a huge plus!!
- A friendly attitude, excellent interpersonal skill, the ability to communicate and a team first mentality

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $850
