KEY JOB FUNCTIONS : Delivers and stocks requisitioned liquors and supplies to the bar outlets. Slices and pits fruits for garnish. Stocks ice for the bar outlets. Busses bottles and glassware from the bar area to maintain clean bars. Clean, wash and organize the glassware as necessary. Stock and clean beer coolers and refrigerators. Help and break Bartenders when needed. Other related duties as assigned. Must be able to work with the public, presenting a clean, courteous image. Must possess a current Health and AES Card. Must be able to effectively communicate in English to guests and other employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be able to operate Point-of-Sale system accurately.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Lift up to 35 lbs. Push and pull up to 60 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear. Dexterity to utilize tools. Walk entire shift. Stand for long periods of time or entire shift. Walk up and down stairs. Work in hot temperatures. Work in cold temperatures. Work in Secondhand smoke environment. Maneuver in confined spaces. Accurate Money/chip handling. Tolerate high noise areas. Tolerate bright lights. Able to work in a dusty environment. Will have guest contact. Work flexible schedules. Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold). Understand, read, write and speak English.
