**BERT OGDEN HARLINGEN CDJR CUSTODIAN**
**FULL-TIME**
**Maintenance/Custodian Job Description:**
A Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of a building and the surrounding grounds. Their duties include vacuuming floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, and collecting trash to ensure the building's occupants have a clean space. These tasks are broken down into several duties performed throughout the day or at other regular intervals, such as:
- Emptying trash cans Dusting all surfaces Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
- Washing windows Maintaining a thorough inventory
- Sweep all floors and service drive through aisle.
- Empty inside and outside trash drums Scrub floors when possible.
- Spot-clean glass doors / windows Place an order for new cleaning supplies as needed.
- Must follow Company safety policy and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor
