Looking for a quality lead cook for am or pm shifts, part time 30-35 hours per week.

We are a fast-paced restaurant in our 25th year of business, located in Old Downtown Torrance in search of an experienced Line Cook for lunch or dinner shifts. We pride ourselves on high quality, freshly prepared food and hand-crafted beer made on site. We are a family run business looking for a dependable, experienced team member. Must have good communication skills.

Must have experience with grill, saute and fry stations. Pizza experience a plus. Cleanliness and personal hygiene a must. The candidate needs to know how to follow recipes, weights, and measurements and all menu plating. The line cook must be able to work under pressure and maintain production, quality and presentation at all times.

Minimum requirement: 3 years experience as a line cook. Must show progressing levels of leadership and duties in the kitchen.

Associates in Culinary Arts considered a plus.
