Hotel Houseman - River Landing

HOTEL HOUSEMAN:

LOCATION: River Landing Cottages and Suites, Wallace, NC

SUMMARY: Maintain a clean and safe environment for guest and employees of the hotel.

DUTIES: Complete a daily checklist, empty all interior and exterior trashcans and ashtrays. Cleaning all areas as needed. Washing windows, window sills, and door panels. Replacing light bulbs as needed. Shampooing carpets and upholstery as directed. Moving and arranging furniture.

REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand, walk, have use of hands. Ability to speak, see and hear. Ability to climb ladders, stoop, keel, crouch and crawl. Ability to lift and/or move upt to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
